Artificial Intelligence Coalition Complementing IT Companies and Professional Workshops

The Coalition, which the University of Szeged is also a member of, was created to bring Hungary to the forefront of Europe, becoming an important member of the International Artificial Intelligence Community. Minister for Innovation and Technology László Palkovics emphasized that the foundation was based on Hungary's response to the challenges created by artificial intelligence, creating a platform for the cooperation of organizations working in this field.

Muhammad Nur Ali Akbar's Success in Poland

'I have more opportunities here than I had at home. Being in the center of Europe helps me stay connected with all that happens in my field of interest in this area', told me Muhammad Nur Ali Akbar. Muhammad is currently an MSc Petroleum Geoengineering student at the University of Miskolc and the president of the Indonesian chapter of Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts. Recently, he returned from an international conference in Poland, where he has been awarded for the best oral presentation.

Creating shared success stories through alumni relations

More opportunities are needed for establishing international cooperations to flourish innovation and research. The first International Alumni Workshop was organised in Budapest between 3-5 October for a not smaller purpose than motivate these actions in the field of healthcare and innovation. After the workshop we are very confident that this will be a “To be continued …” story in the future.

Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE; Budapest, Hungary) and MSD Pharma Hungary have committed to jointly develop a best-in-industry program designed to provide hand-on experience in conducting health economics and outcomes research (hereinafter referred to as “HEOR”) within the scope of joint research and talent development.
