Between 24 and 31 October, the delegation of Study in Hungary will visit Brazil and Argentina to take part in more events in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, and Buenos Aires to promote Hungarian higher education, and scholarship programs and to provide platforms for academic and professional networking. In the organization of the Consulate General of Hungary in Sao Paulo, the Embassy of Hungary in Buenos Aires, and Tempus Public Foundation there will be two alumni meetings in Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires where participants can network, get to know each other and share their Hungarian study experience.

Both events have two parts: a higher education forum and an alumni meeting. We are happy to have you at both parts of the events, however, if you would only attend the alumni meetings feel free to join only that part.
The Higher Education Forums aim to promote student mobility and to provide an excellent opportunity for the Hungarian diaspora in Brazil and Argentina to connect with Hungarian higher education institutions. Here you can meet the representatives of 5 Hungarian universities: the University of Szeged, the University of Miskolc, Semmelweis University, Óbuda University, Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
The alumni meetings will provide networking opportunities for Brazilian and Argentine alumni who finished their studies in Hungary in the past or who are still studying at a Hungarian higher education institution. The objective of the meetings is that participants would get to know each other and share their ideas and experiences in relation to their journeys of studying in Hungary. The alumni meetings will also include a reception and cultural program, and you can also learn more about the Alumni Network Hungary. Participation is open for all alumni who studied or still studying in Hungary and prospective students from Brazil and Argentina who are interested in studying in Hungary in the future (both self-funded and scholarship awardees).
