Meet the presenter
Dr. Apolka Ujj is an agricultural engineer and environmental management engineer, serving as an associate professor at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Her academic work focuses on sustainable and organic farming, agroecology, and the practical systems that support environmentally conscious agricultural production.
She has extensive international experience in projects on organic farming, social farm management, and agroecological knowledge transfer, especially in the development of vocational training and higher education programmes.
