On 10 November (Wednesday), at 5:00 PM CET, Brigitta Dóczi holds the first training in ELTE’s new series called “Life Long Learning”. The training will be held in English.
The series is organized by the International Alumni Chapter as part of the ELTE Alumni Academy. These career trainings are meant for the broader public and international alumni of ELTE.
The title of the first training is “Creating and delivering effective presentations in English”. The session is going to be held by Brigitta Dóczi, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Humanities.
Brigitta Dóczi teaches at the Department of English Applied Linguistics of Eötvös Loránd University, where she offers courses in vocabulary research, business English, media, and academic skills. Her research interests are second language vocabulary development as well as task-based language teaching. Recently, she has been doing research on the role of verbal and visual modalities in fine arts education, resulting in the publication of a specialized bilingual art dictionary as well as participating in a large-scale study investigating English language teaching in Hungarian secondary schools.
