The new academic year will start within a few days, but it worth looking back to the summer and its great graduation events at Semmelweis University, Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary, Eötvös Loránd University and University of Miskolc.
More opportunities are needed for establishing international cooperations to flourish innovation and research. The first International Alumni Workshop was organised in Budapest between 3-5 October for a not smaller purpose than motivate these actions in the field of healthcare and innovation. After the workshop we are very confident that this will be a “To be continued …” story in the future.
A resident doctor in cardiology of the Heart and Vascular Centre was awarded by the international board of judges of the third pacemaker contest, which was held online due to the current epidemiological situation. Dr Mihály Ruppert received one of the most prestigious recognitions, the award of debate skills at the World Pacing Series educational program.
