The Hungarian Embassy in Kyiv is the official representation of Hungary in Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of our Embassy to
- provide information about Hungary to Ukrainian political and economic decision-makers,
- help the activities of Hungarian companies in the local and international markets,
- promote and improve the knowledge about Hungarian culture and
- assist Hungarian Citizens in consular issues.
Consular district:Territory of Ukraine including the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, except Zakarpattia Oblast, Lviv Oblast, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, Chernivtsi Oblast.
The Hungarian government pays a special attention to it’s national political objectives and the active dialogue with the Hungarian organisations and communities living outside of our country, especially in Ukraine.
One of the most important tasks of our Embassy recently is to coordinate the cooperation between the Hungarian and Ukrainian organisations in the field of humanitarian help and aid.
Our Embassy aspires to establish a network in Ukraine for alumni students, graduated in Hungary and maintain a close contact with them in the future.
