Hungary and Japan celebrate the 150th anniversary of diplomatic ties this year. 

Hungary is a very international country, I met new friends from all around the world here so I learned a lot about their different cultures and languages. I love the sense of happiness I get every time I walk by the Danube river and enjoy the music playing everywhere in the streets.

Imran Abou, who is a PhD student at University of Szeged and attended the volunteer training that focused on networking, summarizes his thoughts about these two very important topics. 

We sat down for an interview with one of our many international students, Zaher Akkad. The Syrian student is currently doing his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering in Miskolc getting ready for his last year and thesis while working as a seminar teacher in the University.

Antibiotics are very important in our lives, but they also raise important questions related to health issues and consequences. Yaqub Mir, Doctorate Student at Wigner Research Centre For Physics and Neuroscience in Budapest raises these questions in a short, straightforward article. 

The freshly established Alumni Hungary Pakistan chapter, had it's first official meeting at the Hungarian Embassy in Pakistan. And so it is the first step towards a successful cooperation in the field of alumni relations. The General Secretary of the Pakistani team, Maria Akhtar Abbasi represented the local chapter in this endeavour, and let us to have a look, how the meeting went. 

It’s has almost three years since I came to Hungary. So far, I have a reason to believe in Hungary becoming a top student Hub in Europe.

If bees get extinct, do we just realise that it will not be all about just lack of honey, but there is a very important and lethal fact about declining bee population which is rapidly decreasing than expected. These tiny creatures are of very importance to maintain an ecological balance.
