About the Campaign
Who can participate?
The campaign is open to all international students who graduate in 2022 in Hungary. Participants must be over 18-years-old.
Schedule
1) The campaign starts on 18 July and ends on 21 August 2022. On 18 July, Tempus Public Foundation (the “Organizer”) publishes the official Event of Alumni Hungary Facebook page and shares the official post of the “Graduation campaign 2022”.
2) If you intend to participate, please create a post in the Discussion section of the event and send your graduation photo with a short summary about yourself: who you are (first name is enough); where you studied; share your best experiences or describe how you developed during your Hungarian stay both personally and professionally. Posts must be approved by the Organizer before publication.
3) The deadline for sharing your photos and your short summary within the official online event is 21 August, 17:00 AM (CET). You can only participate in the campaign if you share your post in the Discussions section within the original event posted by Alumni Hungary.
4) If a photo or post you submit is found to be disruptive or offensive, the Organizer can exclude the participant from the campaign and remove the post.

By sharing your post within the official Event, You declare that You intend to participate in the “Graduation campaign 2022” promotion campaign (organized by Tempus Public Foundation) and You accept the following Terms and Conditions in full.

Terms and Conditions
Management of exploitation rights
Participant grants a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and transferable license to use, reproduce, amend, adapt and alter (including but not limited to translation), publish, distribute, publicly execute and communicate the shared photo and post (wholly or partially) on the websites and other forums of Alumni Network Hungary, including alumninetworkhungary.hu, Alumni Hungary Facebook page, studyinhungary.hu, and Study in Hungary Facebook page.
Exclusions
One person can submit multiple posts with multiple photos during the campaign.
The Organizer reserve the right to exclude the participant from the campaign and remove the comment which could be considered discriminatory based on race, and/or religion and/or nationality; is violent, pornographic or of a sexual nature; is defamatory; incites hatred; contains reference to alcohol, drugs or illegal substances; is contrary to law or contains reference to ill-treatment of animals.
PRIVACY NOTICE AND INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Data Controller provides the following information to You as the Data Subject of personal data processed by the Tempus Public Foundation (hereinafter: “Privacy Policy”) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; “GDPR”) and Act CXII. of 2011 on Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information (“Info Act”)
Further glossary:
Data processing: shall mean any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction (under Article 4 2. of the GDPR).
Data Subject: shall mean an identified or identifiable natural person (under Article 4 1. of the GDPR).
Data Subject’s consent: shall mean any voluntary provided clear intention of the Data Subject that is based on specific and adequate information, whereby the concerned person declares by way of a statement or an explicit affirmative conduct that it provides its consent to the processing of its personal data.
Personal Data: shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘Data Subject’); An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an on-line identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (under Article 4 1. of the GDPR).
Organiser of the game: Tempus Public Foundation is the Organizer of “Graduation campaign 2022”.
The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. Alumni Hungary Facebook page does not share or forward personal data to Facebook.

The legal base of data management: The Management of data is based on your voluntary, informed statement, which includes your explicit consent for the use of your personal data provided by your post within the Graduation campaign 2022 Event. (Legal basis is Article 6 (1) (a) /consent of the data subject/ of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)).

Personal Data transmission: To the competent authorities upon request.
As per the course of the Campaign, your post, profile picture and user name will be displayed to the public and to those who are interested in the Alumni Hungary Facebook page (i.e. fans and visitors)
Scope of the data management
In connection with the Campaign, we will manage the following personal data of the participants:
- name,
- photo (sent by the participant)
- text of the post (sent by the participant)
The purpose of the data management: The Data Controller manages the participants’ data (especially focusing on photo) for the purpose of promoting Alumni Network Hungary.
The duration of the data management: In the case of the Campaign, personal data will be processed until the participant’s voluntary consent is withdrawn. The participant may withdraw their voluntary consent at any time, free of charge, by sending an e-mail to krisztina.szabo@tpf.hu.
YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
Subject to certain legal conditions, you may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data. You may also object to processing or request data portability. In particular, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you. If you make this request repeatedly, we may make an adequate charge for this. Please refer to Articles 15-22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation for details on your data protection rights.
If you have given us your consent for the processing of your personal you withdraw the consent at any time with future effect, i.e. the withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. In case consent is withdrawn, we may only further process the personal data where there is another legal ground for the processing.
If you have any concerns about how your personal data is handled by us or wish to raise a complaint, you can contact us at the contact details below to have the matter investigated (adatvedelem@tpf.hu). If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority in your country.
Legal remedy
In the case of complaint on processing operation by Data Controller you may apply Data Controller’s data protection officer: adatvedelem@tpf.hu.
