The Hungarian Embassy in Vientiane hosted the 5th annual alumni meeting for Lao graduates of the Stipendium Hungaricum programme.
Whether you are already a member of Alumni Network Hungary or are currently pursuing your studies in Hungary and considering joining, this is an excellent time to explore what the network offers. With a continuously growing membership, the network has significantly enhanced its range of services, providing valuable opportunities for its members.
We have a great and enthusiastic international alumni volunteer team of 22 people from 15 countries. Most of them decided to create an alumni chapter in their home country or make international professional alumni groups and some of them did great social media work. In the next chapter of our volunteer series, you can read Heemanshu Gupta’s story from India! He studied in Hungary between 2020-2022 at ELTE and now he’s CEO of Creative Youth Academy.
Our alumni community and network are growing day by day and have reached 10K members. Some of them decided to organize small groups (chapters) to keep in contact or build professional collaboration with each other. In 2022 our alumni volunteers launched 6 different new alumni groups (4 local and 2 professional) giving a chance for the members to join. In our new column, we collected the newly developing chapters, launched by our volunteer, and feel free to join them!

She studied Economist in Business Administration and Management at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences between 2018-2022 and now she works as an Account Manager.

He studied Physics at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics between 2017-2020 and now he’s an assistant lecturer in the Department of Physics at the Taraba State University.

We have several alumni members who hold a PhD/DLA or study as emerging researchers and there are many young researchers in Hungary, who rarely meet each other. Thus, Alumni Network Hungary and GiLE Foundation organize masterclasses in Budapest at the Tempus Public Foundation’s office on 12 May (Friday)! Let’s join us and refresh your professional network with great people!
