Alumni Network Hungary is on the lookout for fresh, motivated faces to join our International Alumni Volunteer Team for the 2025–2027 term. It’s a great opportunity to build your network, develop new skills, and help promote Hungarian higher education around the world. Here is what you need to know!
Volunteer activities
There are two main types of volunteer activities that you can choose from. Within each type, you can select from more subtasks:
1. Promoting Alumni Network Hungary & Hungarian Higher Education 📢
Content Provider 📝– Writing articles and interviews about international student life in Hungary.
Video Creator 🎥 – Creating videos showcasing different aspects of student life.
Podcaster 🎙️ – Launching your own podcast to share insights and experiences about studying in Hungary.
Influencer ✨– Planning and executing comprehensive social media campaigns and producing text and video content.
Public Speaker and Booth Representative 🔊 – Giving presentations at events organized by the Tempus Public Foundation (TKA) and at events where TKA has a presence. Assisting the TKA booths at international fairs.
2. Facilitating the activities of alumni chapters
🎓 Creating and /or facilitating a professional or local alumni chapter.
🙌 Mentoring new alumni members.

The application is only available for registered members of the Alumni Network Hungary. If you are not a member yet, register HERE!
Take your time and fill out the application form:
Give the required information and write your motivations
Select the activities you would like to apply for
Upload your professional CV and any relevant references that prove you are the right candidate.

If your application is successful, you will be invited to an online interview, which is expected to be held in May.
Successful candidates will join the International Alumni Volunteer team in June and start preparing for their tasks with the professional support of the Tempus Public Foundation.
