Meet the presenter
Dr. Ayaz Mukarram Shaikh is a researcher at the Institute of Food Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Food Science and Environmental Management, University of Debrecen. His work focuses on food science, functional foods, sustainable agriculture, food innovation, and AI-supported approaches in food systems.
He is also an active member of Alumni Network Hungary and contributes as a volunteer, supporting the community through engagement and knowledge sharing. He combines scientific expertise with active participation in global food science and sustainability networks, and is committed to advancing innovative solutions for the future of food and agriculture.
